Sydney reached out to me a few months before her wedding. When we face-timed I was secretly jumping for joy at how much we connected. I was so excited when I walked through the door and saw her surrounded by her bridesmaids with her Starbucks cup that read “bride”. Isn’t that just the sweetest? Spoiler alert: It gets so much sweeter. Sydney was one of the calmest and charming brides I have ever photographed. Throughout their day, everything just flowed so naturally.
What I loved most about their wedding was their first look. How can you not love a first look in a garden full of ball lights? Branden couldn’t hold back the tears when he turned around and saw Sydney and he twirled her around to get a better look at her it had me in tears too. I absolutely loved the off the shoulder lace dress she chose from David’s Bridal. There is something so sweet about watching a first look, it is such an intimate and quiet moment before the rush of the day.
Their ceremony was held at Bellemoor Plantation in Ocala. You know what’s amazing about Bellemoor? They has multiple ceremony sites for you to choose from! Sydney and Branden chose the beautiful outdoor mossy oak with chandeliers dangling above as they shared vows. The day could not have been more perfect with their bridal party of eight by their side. We did a lot of fun photos with the bridal party before heading over to the real party in Bellemoor Plantation’s brand new barn structure that has gorgeous glass windows overlooking a ball lit garden and fountain area. Sydney chose dusty blue and natural rose and eucalyptus for decor and it did not disappoint! She chose to carry white roses (my favorite!) thanks to the amazing Mary at Floral Architecture .
